The center has 172 apartments, 40 detached homes and a 400-room tower, with care ranging from independent living to skilled nursing care.  St. Louis-based Paric Corp. has completed a $42 million high-end senior living project for the Stratford Companies in Carmel. The 337,000-square-foot continuing care retirement community is one of the first developments of its kind in the Indianapolis area.
